Loflox Eye Drop belongs to a group of antibiotic medicines called fluoroquinolones for treating bacterial eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, and blepharitis. Additionally, it is also used to treat corneal ulcers and keratitis.
Loflox Eye Drop contains Lomefloxacin, that works by interfering with the bacterial DNA processes which are necessary for their survival. Thereby, Loflox Eye Drop kills the bacteria and helps treat bacterial infection.
In some cases, Loflox Eye Drop may cause side effects like local irritation or a slight and transient burning sensation immediately after using eye drops.
