Fere O Drops is a combination of two drugs, namely: Ferrous calcium citrate (iron supplement) and folic acid (vitamin B9). In some cases, your child may experience vomiting, nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, a change in the colour of the stool, or temporary staining of teeth.
