Ezorb HD Tablet may cause side effects such as constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, flatulence, and vomiting. If any of the side effects bother you, consult your doctor. Take Ezorb HD Tablet as recommended by the healthcare provider or the dietician.

  • Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds. 
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.
