Calgrow As Tablet is a calcium supplement used effectively in treating various conditions like Vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis, arthritis, and bone fractures caused by low calcium levels in the body. It is also used in conditions like bone spur, lower back pain, joint/cartilage damage and nerve or muscle pain.

Calgrow As Tablet consists of Calcium Aspartate. It is used to treat calcium deficiency and provides essential nutrients necessary for bone formation and maintenance.

Calgrow As Tablet may cause side effects such as constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, flatulence, and vomiting. If any of the side effects bother you, consult your doctor. Take Calgrow As Tablet as recommended by the healthcare provider or the dietician.

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol as they might inhibit calcium absorption.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Calgrow As Tablet is contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia, renal calculi, hyperparathyroidism, paravitaminosis D, and cancer conditions.

• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese or milk-based custard in your diet.
• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, spinach, beans, and other green leafy vegetables.
• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D-fortified milk.
• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds. 
• Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.

• It is advised to monitor your calcium levels in a timely manner through blood examination.
• It is advised not to take Calgrow As Tablet in patients with kidney stones.
