Samlar G Tablet belongs to the class of 'nutritional supplements,' primarily used to improve cognitive/mental function. Samlar G Tablet is used to treat depression, memory disorders, anxiety, dementia (memory loss) in Alzheimer's disease, and dizziness (vertigo). Alzheimer's disease is a neurological disorder that causes dementia (memory loss) and slowly destroys the ability to think, learn, communicate, and handle daily activities.
Samlar G Tablet contains Ginkgo Biloba and S-adenosyl methionine. Ginkgo Biloba is a herbal product. It is widely used to treat memory and thought problems, anxiety, and vision problems. Ginkgo biloba acts as an antioxidant and works by improving blood circulation in the brain, eyes, ears and legs, thus helping in the better functioning of these organs. S-adenosyl methionine affects certain chemical messengers (serotonin) in the brain that communicate between the brain cells to regulate mood changes and thus treat depression.
Take Samlar G Tablet as suggested by your doctor. Common side effects of Samlar G Tablet include stomach upset, headache, dizziness, constipation, nausea, vomiting, gas, diarrhoea, dry mouth, insomnia (sleeplessness), and sweating. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
Inform your doctor beforehand if you have a history of bipolar disorder, Parkinson's disease, bleeding problems, diabetes, or fits. Ginkgo biloba is not recommended for use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or a breastfeeding mother, inform your doctor before starting Samlar G Tablet . Avoid consuming alcohol along with Samlar G Tablet as it can make you dizzier. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you feel better as Samlar G Tablet may decrease your mental alertness, making you feel dizzy. Samlar G Tablet is not recommended for children without a doctor's advice.
