About Pregfol-D Tablet

Pregfol-D Tablet is used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiencies occur when the body does not absorb or obtain enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are essential for body development and disease prevention.

Pregfol-D Tablet is a combination of four nutritional supplements namely: L Methyl Folate, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). It helps maintain the fetus's normal cognitive function, neurological processes, and birth weight and meets the mother's increased needs during preconception, pregnancy, and nursing.

Take Pregfol-D Tablet as recommended. Some common side effects, such as stomach upset, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting, may occur. Most of these side effects do not necessitate medical attention and will subside gradually over time. However, if you are experiencing these side effects regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Unless directed otherwise by a doctor, do not take more than one multivitamin product simultaneously. Taking similar nutritional supplement products simultaneously can result in a vitamin overdose or serious side effects.
If recommended by a doctor, Pregfol-D Tablet can be taken with antibiotics. However, keep a 2-4 hour gap between Pregfol-D Tablet and antibiotic medications, as taking them together may reduce their effectiveness.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and take the scheduled dose. Do not double the dose.
