Moistron Cream is used to treat eczema and related dry skin conditions. Eczema is a disease in which skin patches become inflamed and rough with sores, which may lead to itching and bleeding. The skin loses moisture, and it may peel, crack, irritate, and the skin becomes dry.
Moistron Cream contains liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin. Liquid paraffin works by avoiding water loss from the outer coating of the skin. This reduces dryness and leaves the skin hydrated and soft. White soft paraffin gives a layer of oil on the surface of the skin, avoids water evaporation from the surface of the skin, and helps to moisten the skin.
Use Moistron Cream as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to use Moistron Cream for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions.
