Drug-Drug Interaction: Hemfer Injection 5 ml may interact with acidity-treating medicines (esomeprazole, pantoprazole), thyroid disease medicines (levothyroxine), antibiotics, and antacids.

Drug-Food Interaction: Hemfer Injection 5 ml should not be taken with alcohol, dairy products, and eggs as it might affect iron absorption in the body.
