Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet contains L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and Methylcobalamin. L-Methylfolate helps in producing new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is a water-soluble vitamin involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. 

Your doctor will decide the duration based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet may cause common side effects like nausea, stomach upset, and diarrhoea. Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) regulates body functions like cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. Drug-Drug Interaction: Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet may interact with anti-cancer drugs (altretamine) and fits medicines (phenytoin).

Drug-Food Interaction: Please limit/avoid alcohol while using Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet to ensure maximum absorption of nutrients.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Use Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet with medical advice if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), heart/kidney/liver/blood vessel diseases, or allergic reactions to medicines.

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.

• Try folate-rich food sources like broccoli, brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables, cabbage, kale, spring greens, spinach, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, and breakfast cereals fortified with folic acid.

• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.

• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

• Clinical monitoring of vitamins B12 and B6 levels through blood examinations is recommended. 

• Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using Foyet-Plus 1500/1/0.5 Tablet since Pyridoxal-5-phosphate may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen.
