Fenask Softgel Capsule 10's is a nutritional supplement that consists of Zinc Sulphate, Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic acid. It works by restoring iron levels and boosting the body's production of red blood cells (RBC), thus treating iron deficiency anaemia.
It is recommended not to take Fenask Softgel Capsule 10's along with tea, coffee, milk, and eggs since they might interfere with iron absorption from Fenask Softgel Capsule 10's.
Fenask Softgel Capsule 10's is best absorbed if taken on an empty stomach. But in some patients, Fenask Softgel Capsule 10's may cause gastrointestinal disturbances like stomach upset or constipation when taken without food.
