Directions for Use

  • Before measuring, remove tight-fitting clothing or tight rolled-up sleeves from your left upper arm. Do not place the arm cuff over thick garments.
  • Sit on a chair with your legs uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor. Sit upright with your back straight and the back and arm supported.
  • Put your arm through the cuff loop. The cuff should be fastened so two fingers can fit under the cuff.
  • The cuff is suitable for you if the index mark is within the OK range after fitting the cuff on the upper arm.
  • Now, insert the cuff line into the connection for the cuff connector.
