Zaha-Dx Eye Drops 5ml is a combination medicine used to treat conjunctivitis. Conjunctivitis is the infection/inflammation of the conjunctiva (white part of the eye) and the inner eyelid. Symptoms include red eyes, discharge, itching, irritation, and discomfort.

Zaha-Dx Eye Drops 5ml contains Azithromycin and Dexamethasone. Azithromycin prevents the growth of bacteria. Dexamethasone suppresses inflammatory modulators. Together, Zaha-Dx Eye Drops 5ml helps treat conjunctivitis.

Sometimes, Zaha-Dx Eye Drops 5ml may cause side effects such as eye irritation. This side effect may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effect persists or worsens.

• Eye irritation

Do not use Zaha-Dx Eye Drops 5ml if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have high intraocular pressure, diabetes, kidney or liver problems. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let the doctor know if you are using any other medicines.

• Wash your hands regularly. Avoid touching the eyes with dirty hands. 
• Avoid rubbing the eyes.
• Avoid sharing eye makeup such as eyeliner, mascara or kohl.
• Always use clean towels or tissues to wipe your eyes and face.
• Regularly wash and change the pillowcases.
• If you wear contact lenses, Clean and replace contact lenses more often. Never share contact lenses. Remember to wash your hands before inserting and after removing the contact lens. 
• Avoid staring at the digital screens for longer durations. Rest your eyes for every 20 minutes.
• Blink regularly as it helps spread hydrating substances such as mucus and tears across the eyes.
