You can take Valon-CR 500 Tablet 10's with or without food. You are advised to take Valon-CR 500 Tablet 10's as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, tremors, tiredness, sleepiness, headache, weight gain, and hair loss.
