Valbet Skin Cream contains Beclomethasone (a steroid), Miconazole (an antifungal), and Neomycin (an antibiotic). Miconazole prevents the formation of a fungal protective covering and stops fungal growth. Beclomethasone inhibits the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis and kills bacteria. Together, Valbet Skin Cream helps treat skin infections.

In some cases, Valbet Skin Cream may cause side effects such as a burning sensation, irritation, and itching at the site of application. Do not use Valbet Skin Cream if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have/had acne, rosacea (small, red, pus-filled bumps on the face), perioral dermatitis (inflammation of the skin around the mouth), genital or perianal pruritus, herpes simplex, vaccinia, varicella, kidney or liver disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid wrapping or covering the treated area with a bandage unless advised by your doctor.
