About Udi Joint Capsule

Udi Joint Capsule is used to strengthen bones, promote bone growth, enhance wound repair, healing and provide lubrication to the joints. Udi Joint Capsule is also used in the treatment of various bone disorders such as osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue surrounding the joints. 

Udi Joint Capsule contains Undenatured Type II Collagen. Collagen is a natural component of skin and bone cartilage. Udi Joint Capsule strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping with the production of bone cartilage and providing lubrication to joints and bones. It also helps enhance the production of bone and muscle cells and aids in strengthening the natural musculoskeletal system of the body.

Udi Joint Capsule may be taken with or without food. It does not generally cause any side effects. In very rare cases, Udi Joint Capsule may cause side effects, such as stomach ache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your physician if these side effects persist. 

Inform the physician if you are allergic to any of the components of Udi Joint Capsule . Directions for Use

  • Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

  • Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 

  • Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.

  • Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.

  • Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers. Smoking can also interfere with the metabolism of Udi Joint Capsule .
