Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml is used for the treatment and prevention of anaemias caused due to vitamin B12 deficiency. Also, it is used to treat conditions such as Tobacco amblyopia and Leber’s atrophy, which results in a dimming of vision. It contains hydroxocobalamin (a synthetic form of vitamin B12), which works by providing the body with the necessary amount of vitamin B12. Common side effects of Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, acne, itching, redness, swelling or pain at the injection site.

Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml will be administered by a healthcare professional; do not self-administer. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy or drowsy after receiving Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml. Your doctor may recommend regular blood tests while on treatment with Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml. If your symptoms do not improve after several weeks of treatment with Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml, discuss with your doctor.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Trineurosol HP Injection 1 ml may interact with antibiotics (chloramphenicol), oral contraceptives and antimetabolites (drugs used to treat tumours and blood disorders).

Tobacco amblyopia: It is a condition in which poor eyesight is caused by toxins such as tobacco.
Leber’s atrophy: It is a condition which causes degeneration of the optic nerve resulting in loss of central vision.
