Tendoplus Tablet is used to treat arthralgia (joint pain). It helps ensure good health of joints, muscles, cartilage, joint integrity, and bone health. Tendoplus Tablet is also used in the treatment of bone disorders such as osteoarthritis. The discomfort, pain, stiffness, and soreness in the joints are referred to as joint pain. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue surrounding the joints. 

Tendoplus Tablet contains Chondroitin sulphate, Collagen peptide, Sodium hyaluronate, Rosehip Extract, and Vitamin C. Chondroitin sulphate slows down the degradation of cartilage proteins. Collagen peptide aids cartilage regeneration, which strengthens bones and increases joint flexibility. Sodium hyaluronate is identical to the fluid surrounding the joints, and it functions as a lubricant that prevents the joints from rubbing together. Rosehip extract prevents joint degeneration and reduces inflammation. Vitamin C aids in the creation of new collagen fibres, blood vessel development, and healing.

Take Tendoplus Tablet as recommended. Depending on your medical condition, you should take Tendoplus Tablet for as long as your doctor has suggested. In some cases, Tendoplus Tablet may cause heartburn, stomach pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not necessitate medical treatment and will fade away with time. However, if you experience these side effects regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Do not take Tendoplus Tablet if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have a kidney, heart, or liver problem, please inform your doctor before starting Tendoplus Tablet . It is not known whether Tendoplus Tablet alters the ability to drive, so drive or operate machinery only if you are alert. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Tendoplus Tablet as it may lead to unpleasant side effects. Inform the doctor if you are allergic to any of its components. Keep your doctor informed if you suffer from any kidney problems, diabetes, hypercalcaemia, a type of anaemia caused by G6PD deficiency and/or kidney stones. Offer a detailed medical history and inform the doctor especially if you are on any antacids, oestrogens or other hormones, vitamin supplements, antipsychotics (fluphenazine), chemotherapy, antivirals (indinavir), thyroid medication (levothyroxine) or painkillers (acetaminophen) as there may be an interaction. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Tendoplus Tablet may interact with anticoagulant medications (e.g. warfarin), antiseptic medications (e.g. benzalkonium chloride, cetylpyridinium), antipsychotics (fluphenazine), chemotherapy, antivirals (indinavir), thyroid medication (levothyroxine) and painkillers (acetaminophen).

• Physical activity improves muscle strength and reduces joint stiffness. Gentle activities such as walking or swimming for 20-30 minutes would be beneficial.

• Yoga practice can also aid with joint flexibility and pain management.

• Maintain a healthy weight by engaging in low-strain workouts on a regular basis and consuming nutritious foods.

• Get enough sleep as it helps reduce inflammation and swelling by resting your muscles.

• Apply a cold or hot compress to the joints for 15-20 minutes on a regular basis to follow heat or cold therapy.

• Relax by meditating, reading a book, having a warm bath, or listening to relaxing music.

• Acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy might be beneficial as well.

• Avoid smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages.
