Skicef 1.5 gm Injection 1 ml is also used to prevent infections during surgery. 

Skicef 1.5 gm Injection 1 ml is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that acts against a wide range of bacteria. It works by blocking the activity of an enzyme that makes peptidoglycan (a vital component of the bacterial cell wall). This prevents the formation of bacterial cell covering, thereby kills the bacteria and treats bacterial infection.
