Recasiss Tablet belongs to the class of dietary supplements used in the treatment of calcium deficiency, bone and joint related disorders such as Osteoporosis. Also, it is used to improve overall joint health. Osteoporosis is a bone disease that weakens and thins bones by decreasing bone density which is common in post-menopausal women. As the density of bones decreases, they weaken and are more likely to break.

Recasiss Tablet contains vitamin K2-7, Cissus quadrangularis and Calcium. Vitamin K2-7 helps to build and maintain bones. Cissus quadrangularis has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and analgesic properties. Thus, it helps to reduce joint pain and supports bone health. Calcium is a mineral used to prevent or treat a calcium deficiency. It provides essential nutrients to maintain bone formation. 

Take Recasiss Tablet as prescribed. You are advised to take Recasiss Tablet for as long as your doctor has recommended it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience dry mouth, headache, constipation, stomach pain, insomnia (difficulty in falling and staying asleep), intestinal gas and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects of Recasiss Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. 

If you are allergic to Recasiss Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before taking Recasiss Tablet . Recasiss Tablet is not recommended for children unless advised by a doctor. You are recommended to avoid using other vitamin D preparations with Recasiss Tablet . Drive only if you are alert after taking Recasiss Tablet . If you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking Recasiss Tablet .

• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese, or milk-based custard in your diet.

• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy (Chinese white cabbage), spinach, and other green leafy vegetables.

• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds.

• Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables, and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.

• Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks, and alcohol as they may inhibit calcium absorption.

• Replace the meat with tofu or tempeh for extra calcium in your food.
