Oosure M Tablet is a combination medicine indicated for the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It also helps correct the hormonal imbalance and menstrual cycle to achieve ovulation. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal disorder common in women of reproductive age.

Oosure M Tablet combines five drugs: D-chiro-inositol, myo-inositol, metformin hydrochloride, L-methylfolate calcium, and mecobalamin. Oosure M Tablet enhances the body’s response to insulin and lowers high homocysteine levels. It also helps improve hormonal balance, follicular development, and egg quality, regulate menstruation, and restore ovulation in women. Thereby, Oosure M Tablet helps in treating PCOS.
 
Take Oosure M Tablet as prescribed. Depending on your medical condition, you are advised to take Oosure M Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you. In some cases, you may experience specific common side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Let your doctor know if you are taking prescription/non-prescription drugs or herbal products before starting Oosure M Tablet . If you are known to be allergic to Oosure M Tablet or its inactive components, please inform your doctor. Consult your doctor before taking Oosure M Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Drug-Drug Interactions: Oosure M Tablet may have interactions with anti-diabetic (insulin glargine), diuretic (furosemide), hormone (levothyroxine), antibiotic (chloramphenicol), inorganic compound (arsenic trioxide).

Drug-Food Interactions: No interactions found/established.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Oosure M Tablet may have interactions with disease conditions such as lactic acidosis, hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels), heart problems, and bipolar disorder.
