About Ironemic Tablet

Ironemic Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called nutritional supplements primarily indicated for managing iron deficiency and iron-deficiency anaemia. Iron deficiency anaemia is caused by a lack of iron, often due to blood loss or pregnancy. Symptoms can include tiredness, lack of energy, shortness of breath, and pale skin.

Ironemic Tablet contains Lactoferrin, disodium guanosine-5-monophosphate, and elemental iron. Lactoferrin is a protein that helps regulate iron absorption from the intestine. Disodium guanosine-5-monophosphate regulates ion channel conductance, glycogenolysis (the process of making glucose or sugar from its breakdown products or the breakdown products of lipids or proteins), and cellular apoptosis (the process of programmed cell death). Elemental iron replenishes the iron stores in the body. Together, Ironemic Tablet helps treat iron deficiency.

Take Ironemic Tablet as recommended. In some cases, Ironemic Tablet may cause common side effects like constipation, stomach pain, stomach upset, and diarrhoea. These side effects do not require medical attention and can be resolved over time. If any side effects persist or worsen, please consult a doctor.

Do not use Ironemic Tablet without a doctor's advice if you have a skin reaction or irritation to any medicine. Consult your doctor before using Ironemic Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Limited information is available about the usage of Ironemic Tablet in paediatric patients; please seek medical advice. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and all the medicines you take before taking Ironemic Tablet to rule out any side effects.
