For Consumption: You can consume it as raw as 2-3 tablespoons. You can also drizzle Hemp Seed Oil over your food and relish the nutty-earthy flavour along with its nutritional value. Sprinkle on salads, rice-dal, vegetables, hummus, dips, pasta or any other food you enjoy.
Note: Hemp Seed Oil is not recommended for frying
Recommended Dosage: 20ml-25ml (2-3 tablespoons) per day or as directed by the physician.
For Hair: Massage onto hair and leave on overnight for nourishment and healthy hair growth.
For Skin: Apply it on your face and body as a moisturizer before sleeping. It can also be used as a massage oil.
