Ibscim Tablet belongs to a class of drugs called 'antispasmodics' (spasm and cramps reliever) primarily used to treat and relieve symptoms such as abdominal pain and cramps associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disease that affects the large intestine. IBS is also known as spastic colon, irritable colon, spastic colitis, and mucous colitis. An irritable bowel syndrome is a group of intestinal symptoms that occur together.
Ibscim Tablet contains Cimetropium Bromide, an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in the walls of the intestine. Thus, it provides relief from painful muscle spasms and reduces stomach pain.
