Ibires B 200mcg/100mcg Nexcap is combination medication primarily used to treat or prevent asthma symptoms like chest tightness, shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing).  Asthma is a chronic (long-term) respiratory condition in which airways narrow, swell, and produce extra mucus, leading to difficulty in breathing.

Ibires B 200mcg/100mcg Nexcap is a combination of two medicines, namely: Beclometasone (corticosteroid) and Salbutamol (bronchodilator). Beclometasone belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting inside cells of the airways and stops the release of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions. Thereby, provides relief from sneezing, runny or blocked nose and sinus discomfort. Salbutamol belongs to the class of bronchodilators that works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it makes breathing easier. Ibires B 200mcg/100mcg Nexcap is not for use in acute (short term) attacks, but for routine long-term (chronic) management of asthma related complications.

Use Ibires B 200mcg/100mcg Nexcap as prescribed. Your doctor will recommend how often you use Ibires B 200mcg/100mcg Nexcap based on your medical condition. Some people may experience fungal infection in the mouth, headache, hoarse voice, sore throat or tongue, runny nose, pain, shakiness in the legs, arms, feet or hands and fast heart rate. Most of these side effects of Ibires B 200mcg/100mcg Nexcap do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

• Avoid contact with known allergens (allergy-causing agents) such as pollen, dust, etc. Certain food items are known to cause allergies to you.
