Feritat 210 mg Tablet belongs to a class of medications called 'haematinics' used to treat anaemia (lack of blood) due to iron deficiency and chronic kidney disease. Feritat 210 mg Tablet contains Ferrous ascorbate, which is a combination of iron and vitamin C. Iron works by replenishing iron stores, and vitamin C enhances iron absorption in the body. Thus, Feritat 210 mg Tablet helps to treat iron deficiency.

Directions for Use

Take this medicine with or without food as advised by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before use and take the recommended dose with the help of a measuring cup/dropper provided with the pack.

Feritat 210 mg Tablet contains Ferrous ascorbate, which is a combination of iron and vitamin C. Iron works by replenishing iron stores by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs are produced in the body so that each tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen. Thus, it replenishes iron stores in the body.
