Regular exercise aids in muscular stretching, making them less prone to spasms, tears, and sprains. Mild workouts like jogging and walking might aid with muscular stretching.

Avoid freezing and hot temperatures. Also, try to avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes; instead, wear loose garments.
Rest and sleep well. Always, stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
To avoid developing pressure sores, change your position at least every two hours.
