About Eldapa Trio Tablet 1

Eldapa Trio Tablet 1 is an antidiabetic medicine used to treat diabetes. It is used for the treatment of Type II Diabetes. Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a serious condition wherein the body doesn’t use insulin effectively, which causes unusual blood glucose levels (either not creating enough insulin, or the insulin they do make does not accomplish its purpose in the body).

Eldapa Trio Tablet 1 contains Dapagliflozin (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors), which removes excess sugar from the body via urine, Sitagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor), which works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high and Metformin (biguanides), which works by reducing the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines. Diet management and exercise, along with treatment of Eldapa Trio Tablet 1, are used to control blood sugar levels.

Eldapa Trio Tablet 1 may cause certain side effects such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, headache and allergic reactions. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. Eldapa Trio Tablet 1 should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.

Eldapa Trio Tablet 1 should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the medicines or the components in it. Inform your doctor about your medical history and the medicines you are taking, including herbs and supplements, before starting the treatment with Eldapa Trio Tablet 1. This can help prevent unwanted effects. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking Eldapa Trio Tablet 1. It is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age.
