About Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet

Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet is used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus. Type-2 diabetes mellitus (also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes or adult-onset diabetes) is a medical condition in which blood glucose levels are above normal due to insulin deficiency, insulin resistance, or both.

Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet contains Dapagliflozin (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors) and Linagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor). It works by reducing the sugar production by liver cells and delays sugar absorption from the intestines. Thus, Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet helps control blood sugar levels.

Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet may cause certain side effects such as diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, hypoglycaemia, nausea, and vomiting. These are not common for every patient. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or bother you. Take Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.

Daparyl-L 10/5 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the components in it. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor about all the medicines you are taking and your health condition to rule out any unpleasant side effects/interactions.
