Cylnida-BS Tablet belongs to the group of anti-hypertensive medicines used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Cylnida-BS Tablet helps lower blood pressure, reducing the chances of heart problems such as heart attack and stroke. High blood pressure is a condition in which the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels. 

Cylnida-BS Tablet contains Bisoprolol and Cilnidipine. Bisoprolol reduces heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Cilnidipine relaxes the blood vessels and allows the blood to flow more smoothly. Together, Cylnida-BS Tablet helps treat hypertension.

In some cases, Cylnida-BS Tablet may cause side effects such as headache, sleepiness, nausea, tiredness, and slow heart rate. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Cylnida-BS Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Cylnida-BS Tablet may cause sleepiness, so drive only if you are alert. Tell the doctor about your health condition and medications to rule out any unpleasant side effects/interactions.

Do not take Cylnida-BS Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have severe asthma, chronic lung disease, slow or irregular heart rate, low blood pressure, blood circulation problems, heart failure, metabolic acidosis, phaeochromocytoma (a rare tumour of the adrenal gland), diabetes, liver or kidney problems, or thyroid disorder. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let the doctor know if you take other medicines, including supplements and herbal products.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Inform the doctor if you are taking anti-diabetic (empagliflozin), diuretic (furosemide), calcium channel blocker (amlodipine), or anti-anxiety (alprazolam).
