Coerip C Sachet is a combination medicine used to treat arthralgia (joint pain). Coerip C Sachet is recommended for the maintenance of joints, muscles, cartilage, the integrity of joints, bone health, joint pain, arthritic pain, stiffness, low back pain, tendonitis or tendinopathy (tendon pain). Joint pain refers to the discomfort, pain, stiffness and soreness in the joints.

Coerip C Sachet contains Rosehip extract, Collagen peptide, and Vitamin C. Rosehip extract helps prevent joint damage and eases joint inflammation. Collagen peptide helps in the regeneration of cartilage, thereby providing strength to the bones and improving the flexibility of joints. Vitamin C helps in synthesising new collagen fibres and promotes healing. Together, Coerip C Sachet helps in providing relief from pain and stiffness in the joints. 

You are advised to take Coerip C Sachet for as long as your doctor has recommended it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as heartburn, stomach pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Limited information is available regarding the usage of Coerip C Sachet in children, so please consult a doctor if you have any concerns. Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol along with Coerip C Sachet. Do not take any other medicines for pain relief along with Coerip C Sachet unless advised. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and medicines to rule out any side effects.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Coerip C Sachet may have interaction with anti-coagulant (anisindione, dicumarol, warfarin) and antiseptic (benzalkonium chloride, cetylpyridinium).

• Physical activity helps in strengthening muscles and relieves joint stiffness. Gentle activities like 20-30minutes of walking or swimming would be helpful.
• Performing yoga may also help in improving joint flexibility and pain management.
• Maintain a healthy weight by performing regular low-strain exercises and eating healthy food.
• Get adequate sleep, as resting the muscles can help reduce inflammation and swelling.
• Follow heat or cold therapy, and apply a cold or hot compress on the joints for 15-20minutes regularly.
• De-stress yourself by meditating, reading books, taking a warm bubble bath or listening to soothing music.
• Acupuncture, massage and physical therapy may also be helpful.
• Eat food rich in antioxidants such as berries, spinach, kidney beans, dark chocolate, etc.
• Foods containing flavonoids help in reducing inflammation. These include soy, berries, broccoli, grapes and green tea.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

Joint pain: Joint pain refers to the discomfort, pain, stiffness and soreness in the joints. Arthritis is a common cause of joint pain. Other reasons include a past injury such as torn cartilage, dislocated joints and ligament injuries. Joint pain occurs when the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.
