Cinord FC Cream is used to treat fungal and bacterial infections of the skin. It consists of Clotrimazole (antifungal), Fluocinolone acetonide (corticosteroid), and Neomycin (antibacterial). Clotrimazole works by damaging the fungal cell membranes and killing fungi. Fluocinolone acetonide acts inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Neomycin inhibits the production of essential proteins required for bacteria to grow, multiply and increase in numbers, thereby destroying the bacteria.
