BROMOZYME DT TABLET is a dietary supplement and a proteolytic enzyme extracted from pineapple fruit and stem. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is used to relieve pain and inflammation. Pain can be acute (temporary) or chronic (long-lasting). BROMOZYME DT TABLET mainly helps in relieving musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, muscle stiffness in osteoarthritis patients, and dental pain.

BROMOZYME DT TABLET contains Bromelain as an active ingredient that works by blocking the pain messengers in the nerves that are responsible for pain and swelling.

• Maintain a healthy weight by performing regular low-strain exercises and eating healthy food.
• De-stress yourself by meditating, reading books, taking a warm bubble bath or listening to soothing music.
• Acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy may also be helpful.
• Try to wear loose clothes to avoid the spread of skin infection.
• Avoid wearing wet clothes. Regularly change your socks and wash your feet. Avoid shoes that make your feet sweaty and hot.
• Do not scratch the affected area of the skin, as it can spread the infection to other body parts.
• Avoid sharing towels, combs, bedsheets, shoes or socks with others.
• Manage stress, eat healthily, drink plenty of water, and get plenty of sleep.
