Atarax Injection 2 ml contains Hydroxyzine, an antihistamine medicine. It is primarily used to treat allergic reactions. • Include a diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. This is a healthier option than eating many simple carbohydrates in processed foods.
• Herbs like turmeric, ginger, and chamomile contain anti-inflammatory properties. Including these in a meal can reduce inflammation caused by anxiety disorders.
