Igcip Eye/Ear Drops belongs to the class of medicines known as antibiotics used to treat acute otitis externa (acute external otitis) and otitis media (middle ear infection) of bacterial origin in adults and children older than one year. Acute otitis externa is characterized by ear canal inflammation.
Igcip Eye/Ear Drops works by killing the infection-causing bacteria.
Please do not stop using Igcip Eye/Ear Drops until the course advised by the doctor has been completed. If you discontinue this medication too soon, your symptoms may reappear.
Avoid contact of Igcip Eye/Ear Drops with eyes, nose or mouth. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with cold water. If you have any further problems, please seek medical attention.
